I previously had two successful orders with Alibris. This time their online system would not process my order and found a way to charge my credit card four times. Technical support has not been able find any resolution in 8 days. Repeated submittals to customer service have generated zero responses.

I now understand completely why they have no direct telephone number. No reason to be bothered by pesky customers.

But I have found how to use their website. Locate the book you want, use the "contact seller" feature and send an email directly to seller and deal directly with them bypassing Alibris.

Works for all concerned!
